Linda Benstead's 10K run
On Sunday 11 May 2008 Linda Benstead donned our roving strip to take part in the Beverley 10 kilometre run and raised a whopping £650.00 for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Linda told RugbyTTC.org: "The race was run on a boiling hot Sunday in May. My aim was to complete the race within 1 hour 20 minutes and I actually completed the 10k in one hour 6 minutes. The race was well supported with spectators encouraging us along. There where even people with their hose pipes out sprinkling jets of water on us to cool us down." |
