Launch by Hull FC at KC Stadium

On Sunday 13 January 2008 Hull FC announced that the charity they would be supporting during 2008 is the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Hull FC have kindly agreed to support the Teenage Cancer Trust through Rugby Tackling Teenage Cancer, the latest brainchild of local Teenage Cancer fund raisers David and Sheila Brazier.

As both David and Sheila are lifelong rugby fans they are delighted that the next step in their cancer fundraising has been adopted by their local club Hull FC.

Sheila Brazier said "Potentially this will raise a good amount for the charity as well as a huge amount of publicity and awareness-raising."

The 'Roving Away Strip'

Further use of the special ‘roving away kits’ will be made as they are warn by local TCT fundraisers on other fundraising events such as sponsored runs as well as by local celebrities and sportsmen and women who are willing to help publicise TCT.
