Thank you for supporting Midsummer Music Madness on 21st July
Yes we had a little MADNESS again!
MIDSUMMER MUSIC MADNESS at the home of Hull Rugby Football Club YPI – Chanterlands Avenue, Hull.
We trust all will agree we had a great afternoon / evening's entertainment in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust unit at Castle Hill Hospital Cottingham.
Teenage Cancer Trust builds specialist units within NHS hospitals, bringing young people together to be treated by teenage cancer experts in a place designed just for them. These units are designed to feel like a home from home, where young people will be comfortable. The walls are bright, the furniture is funky, there might be pool tables and a jukebox, and there's always a place to watch films and surf the net
The afternoon will comprised of some great acoustic acts including Hase Waits, Loose Covers and Hull Ukulele Group. Later we will staged a great band 'Something Nasty in the Woodshed, The Haley Sisters and The Contraband who ensured we all ended the night on the dance floor!
Hull YPI were great hosts for our event and grateful thanks to all who helped us out so generously. Thanks also to those who donated promises or raffle prizes, our gallant helpers and all those brilliant musicians. But most of all thanks to everyone who turned up and supported us. Thank you and we hope to see you all again next year.
